Dabei kann der Übende den eigenen Geist durch das Scheitel-Chakra in die höhere Sphäre befördern. Angewendet wird Powa auch als Sterbebegleitung; ein Lama begleitet das Bewusstsein des Verstorbenen des Verstorbenen dann in die höhere Späre.

Das Wind-Element ist der Träger aller Elemente. Dank dem Wind können sich die anderen Elemente erst entwickeln und entfalten. Ohne dieses Element wäre es uns nicht möglich zu denken. Unser Geist würde ohne Aktion bleiben. Ohne den Wind könnten wir unsere Sinne nicht wahrnehmen, und die Energien in den Kanälen würden nicht fließen. Wenn wir den Wind aber gezielt in Bewegung bringen, wirkt sich das positiv auf alle Elemente aus.

Q: The present experiences are result of past karma. If we know the mistakes committted before, we can rectify them.
A: If one mistake is rectified there yet remains the whole sanchita karma from former births which is going to give you innumerable births. So that is not the procedure. The more you prune a plant, the more vigorously it grows. The more you rectify your karma, the more it accumulates. Find the root of karma and cut it off.

Q: Should I not try to escape rebirth?
A: Yes. Find out who is born and who now has trouble of existence? So find out from where the present problem arises and in that place you will find solution. You will discover that there is no birth, no present trouble or unhappiness. The Self is all and all is bliss. Even now we are free from rebirth so why fret over the misery of it?

Q: In the Theosophical Society they meditate in order to seek masters to guide them.
A: The master is within; meditation is meant to remove the ignorant idea that he is only outside. If he is a stranger whom you await, he is bound to disappear also. What is the use of a transient being like that? But so long as you think you are separate or that you are the body, an external master is also necessary and he will appear to have a body. When the wrong identification of oneself with the body ceases, the master will be found to be none other than the Self.
